Bomberman
Your goal
Clear enemies, reveal the exit hidden under a brick and reach it safely. Complete all 30 levels to win.
How to play
- Move through the maze and place a bomb on your current cell. A bomb explodes after roughly two seconds, so plan an escape route before placing it.
- Flames spread in four straight directions. Solid walls stop them; the first brick in a direction is destroyed and stops that flame. Another bomb in the blast explodes immediately.
- Bricks can hide extra bomb capacity, greater flame range, faster movement or the exit. Collect visible upgrades by walking over them.
- The exit works only after every enemy is defeated. Your own flames and contact with an enemy are lethal.
Controls
Computer
Use arrows or WASD to move and Space to place a bomb. Enter or P starts or pauses; the restart button begins a new game.
Phone or tablet
Swipe and hold on the field to move; release to stop. Tap the bomb button to plant a bomb. Tap the field briefly to pause, then use Play to resume.
Progress and the end of a game
- Defeating enemies earns points; reaching the open exit adds a level-completion bonus. Later levels bring tougher and more numerous enemies.
- A lethal hit ends the run. Clearing the exit on level 30 wins. Restarting resets the current run; the best score remains in this browser.
Useful tips
- Escape around a corner rather than simply walking farther down the same corridor. A longer flame upgrade makes familiar hiding spots unsafe.
- Do not trap yourself between a planted bomb and a wall. Leave room for chain reactions and wait until flames disappear before crossing.
